    Great day today- 4 mile hike in the new Salomons, I'm pretty sure that I made the right decision to go with these boots. Lots of torsional rigidity, it helped to keep me from rolling my ankles. Perfect weather, uppers 80's but low humidity. I got to spend some time with the kitty, he was happy that I brought him a piece of fresh bacon. Now I'm sitting down at my house, enjoying a fat steak sub from the local sub shop and catching up on how everyone's holiday is going. I see that the boss has peeped in...:D
