    Thats the brake controller plug that comes with the tacoma, it plugs into your brake controller. If you don't use it there is a false plug on on the back of the switch housing it can go in.

    I don’t know if the sr has a tow package. If it does, well, mine has the connector, but it way up in the footwell towards the outside high up. Kind of obvious when you see it and pull it down a little.


    Edit: sorry apparently all 4x4 Tacomas have a tow package.

    Yes it has it. The v6s have it installed from the factory. My white plug is behind the driver's kick panel. Thanks for the responses.

    Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
    The connector is for the inverter switch your SR does NOT have.

    If you add switches, you have 2 wires there that provide fused IGN source. Slot's 5 & 6.
