1990 4runner 5 speed 4x4

I am selling a beautiful Toyota 4Runner that was previously owned by an elderly gentleman that wanted to build an overland rig but passed away before finishing it, it came with a 22re originally but his mom decided to sell the motor out of it which made no sense to me but I can’t do anything about it, the interior is perfect! Transmission shifts into every gear and has little to no play in each gear, power steering is there, AC is there, it’s all there besides the motor, it’s got new CV axles and warn manual locking hubs, total chaos +2” upper and lower control arms and heavy duty torsion bars. I have the bumpers and fenders too, body lines are straight and next to no dents anywhere. It is a really clean car and would make a great project for under 5k. 190k on the chassis
