Hello. I have a 2014 prerunner. At speeds of 45 MPH I get a vibration on the left front end. Do anyone may know what it is?

Many things that can cause vibrations. Start off by having the front end inspected for looseness. I see that you are lifted. Could be something related to that with suspension angles. All the parts/culprits you're looking to inspect are tire balance, Ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, shock bushings, making sure everything is torqued properly. Now some of those are more suited to causing a noise rather than a vibe and some make clunks. I would look into tires or carrier bearing on the drive shaft. Possible it could be brake related but wouldn't be my first guess. Just because you feel it in the front doesn't necessarily mean that's where the vibe is originating from. Does the vibe stick with at speeds above 45 or just 45mph?

Gonna need a bit more info. Vibes are sometimes very hard to track down since there are a lot of possibilities. Automatic transmission? I've heard about the TC having a 5th gear lockup issue or something. Limit it to 4th gear and drive around like normal. See if it happens
