What's up Tacoma guys! Looking to join the party here.

I have a 2005 Access Cab Prerunner that I've had since 2010. 230k miles but gently cared for over the years and since its mechanically perfect, I'm looking to put some money into it to achieve a more modern feel.

Being that its a 2wd, I never aimed at building a super capable "off road" truck, but one that looks modern and feels comfortable. Here are some details and pics of the current state of the truck. I'd love to hear any feedback, suggestions, thoughts, comments etc. I love this truck and treat it like my only child, which it is!

I replaced the front left fender because of a dent and that's why its discolored, but this weekend I'll be doing a full 2012 front end conversion as well as wrapping the truck a darker silver (3M 1080 gloss anthracite). New headlights, front bumper, grill and hood. I'll take a million pictures and create a separate thread for that whole process!

    Things I've done:

    • 2 inch level kit
    • Powder coat wheels black
    • 265/75R16 BF Goodrich AT tires
    • Tailgate latch camera
    • Double din head unit w/ Apple car play.
    • Rear bumper w/ LED flood lights
    • Mesh grill insert '05-11
    • Dynamat Extreme on all four doors (works really well)
    • Smoked tail lights
    • Billstein shocks from a 2015 Tacoma.
    • New rear differential (after I blew mine out)
    • New leaf springs per Toyota's recall
    • Shortened antenna

Things I want to do but don't know how:

    • Convert cigarette lighters to USB ports
    • Install kill switch from fuel pump wire

I replaced the front left fender because of a dent and that's why its discolored, but this weekend I'll be doing a full 2012 front end conversion as well as wrapping the truck a darker silver. New headlights, front bumper, grill and hood. I'll take a million pictures and create a separate thread for that whole process!

I'd drive it and spend all that extra cash on gas. Looks good as it is.
