    Hey all,

Picked up a 2018 EC TRD after selling our Jeep. Haven't had a Yota truck since my SR5 back in 87... Won't be going crazy decking this out, but wanted to join to see what others do for simple mods and additions.

    Welcome aboard!

Basic lower cost add-ons I did pretty quickly:
    • Some sort of dashboard buddy. I have 5 interchangeable plastic Yoda figures.
    • Center console organizer and glove box organizer. The Tacoma interior is severely lacking space!
    • Drink cup holders blow. They are narrow. Some opt for adapters that make them larger. Me? I bought narrower re-usable water bottles that were stupid over-priced but oh-well.
    • Bed mat if you plan on putting anything in the bed. One of the few Toyota accessories that is reasonably priced (search online for sales, I got mine for like $200 from a local dealer only when ordered online)
Only other thing that I dislike about the 3rd Gen is the rear leaf springs. It can't handle much weight. Mine sagged after just adding a topper shell. I upgraded to RXT Leaf Springs but that wasn't cheap but well worth it if you plan to use the bed for anything with some weight.

read the "what have you done to your 3rd Gen today" thread. Tons of stuff ranging from low cost to uber expensive!
