Fuse box pic -Fog lights prewired?

2022 SR 2.7 with convenience package and SX. I read the fog light threads for whether or not you are pre-wired for fogs but I do not feel comfortable removing steering wheel cover to check. My fuse box shows the fog relay and the fog fuse installed, is that a pre-wired for fogs indicator? I have light stalk with no fog switch just regular.

Another poster said it does not matter if you have the fog wire connectors in bumper because they all come with that installed.Another poster said if you have convenience package then you are pre-wired just need to add dash switch.

I read Nitori’s guide but I am trying to avoid removing anything off steering wheel to check. I was hoping since the fog relay/fuse was installed by factory that may be a good sign I am pre-wired.

 

It's just 2 screws to remove...then only the bottom cover.
