Help removing seized LCA alignment plates/sleeve

    I searched a lot for how to fix this issue but I couldn’t find anyone having quite the same problem. I’m replacing my LCA’s and had to cut them out but when I did the plates didn’t break free like I thought they would. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Okay not less than 30 seconds later my dad popped it with a small horizontal cut on the back side.
