Toyota tacoma 2006 questions please

Hello, I just got a toyota tacoma 2006 single cab, manual transmission and 4 cylinder.
I am going to perform manteinence and
have a few questions please:
1- wich is the best oil for the toyota tacoma 2006 manual transmission?
2-how much manual transmission oil it takes?
3- wich is the best rear differential oil for the tacoma 2006? Truck is 4x2.
4-how much differential oil?
5-truck is 4cyl, has 240.000 miles, always used conventional oil. Can I switch at 240k miles to mobil 1 fully synthetic?
6-standard oil or high mileage oil?

7-car is a florida car, it has a couple rust spots underneath in the chassis, very minor, truck was undercoated by previous owners so chassis is in great shape, but i will like to undercoat it again. Will love to apply a coating over the old one with out major cleaning.
Wich undercoat you guys recommend?
8-best clear coat spray can for the hood?
9-is that rustoleum product acceptable? I am looking for something i can just apply without cleaning or sanding or any preparation the surface.
10-wen changing from regular oil to full synthetic, do i have to do any flush to the engine? Ir just drain the old oil and start synthetic?

If recommendations can be accompanied with pictures, will be awesome.

I presume you didn't get a manual with your new, nice looking, truck.

If my truck, I would change all fluids to full synthetic where available. For engine oil, I wouldn't hesitate with Walmart’s full synthetic high mileage with whatever viscosity Toyota recommends. If engine burns oil, go up a grade - if 5/30, go 10/30; if 10/30, go 10/40, etc … Mobil1 is a waste of money, imo.

High mileage has additional additives and conditioners.
