So from what I can tell this is a pretty common problem with the 05 4runner. But looking for some help.

Background on the vehicle, bought it for my wife about a year ago with around 200k on the dash. Did the routine maintenance stuff, oil change, new coolant, brakes all around, new cv shafts (old boots were busted and slung grease everywhere, didnt know how long they were like that)

Now the main problem, I was chasing an emissions problem for a while. I replaced all 4 o2 sensors and both cats, the old ones were empty. Not sure if some one intentionally busted out the internals but they were opened up. Did all that and still had problems, come to find out the harness side of the bank 2 sensor 2 plug was damaged. Sourced a plug from a junk yard, installed and all was good. At least until a few weeks ago, maybe longer my wife is bad about relaying car problems.
CEL on P0430 pulled. Run test on the torque pro app, monitor every sensor I can involving the exhaust system and everything comes back looking good except this test, see pic.
So I dont know where to go from here. Car runs fine but the exhaust does stink.
    Any help is appreciated

Install o2 sensor spacer on bank 2 down pipe o2 sensor.
What does o2 sensor spacer do?
It is used to monitor the health of the cat. The spacer puts the o2 sensor out of the exhaust flow. This tricks the ECU into thinking that the cat is working when you don't have one or have a high flow one (P0430). If engine starts OK, and idle is OK as well...don't worry anymore. The yellow "ENGINE" light will stay OFF, and no trouble code. I'm driving with the spacer more than five years...all is good.
