    Hi folks, The 1st day of the new job is over with. It wasn't bad, just hot. I shadowed the CNC programmer for most of the day as he was trouble shooting a issue with a program that an operator caused during the weekend shift. I'm kicking back with a nice egg custard snowball then I will get cracking with the lawn mower.

    No hills for me but a wide flat alley that we would get moving on and smash into each other. I will never understand how no one ever got anymore hurt then a the occasional fat lip. Everyone had a flat spot on the front wheel from skidding the tire to a stop.

    Spot on. I saw a downed pine and was going to come back but could not find it. Was pissed. Curved down with the same rusty needles.
    Yeah they were burning when I came in. Almost 100 of them, 2 trucks, tanker, side by sides and 4 wheelers. I was in Fire Fighting heaven. Then it rained and they left. Missed the shot by that much. LOL

    My neighbor gave me a gift yesterday of a small paperweight with a picture of my dog on it that she painted.
    She told me she has trouble finding rocks to paint so she learned to make her own with a mold and cement.
    Unexpected to get and wonderful to have!
