I need to know how to replace this part

    So after I got a car wash I noticed something wasn’t there on the left back door weather stripping that was there on the right side, I’m convinced that piece broke off while it was being washed somehow, but anyways I need to find out how to replace that piece that was damaged.. any help is greatly appreciated!
