    I think Lifestraw has one that comes with a bottle. Just fill the bottle and drink through the straw. I could be mistaken, though.

    The Sawyer mini has low flow rate. Get the Squeeze instead if you go that route. They fit many types of bottles including Smart Water (which in itself are dumb but the bottles are very good and durable, been using a couple going on 3 years).

    For a base camp setup and larger volumes look at the Platypus gravity bag filters, much faster.

    Doesn’t hurt to carry a small dropper bottle with bleach. Filters get 99.999% or whatever but a drop or two per liter will get the rest.

    dont waste your money on the lifesaver jerry can that a lot of the YouTubers have.. I bought one and super not impressed.. it went back to REI.

    its a lot of money, flow rate is terrible, has to be stored wet at all times, pump leaked..
