For those interested in our forthcoming Tacoma HD and MD springs, we are moving towards having them available for this fall.
We plan to do a sale price of $750, and normal pricing will be sub $1,000. We know these are great riding, with good travel, good durability, good lift for nice bump travel as well rock duty so you don't drag.
We believe these will be the best leaf springs available.

Here's links to past posts with info on our HDsprings, MD look the same:

My truck weighs in at 6k+ in "Expo" trim, 5.5k in around town, will thr HD springs be enough?

Currently running Dakar Gen 2 HD+ (+ being I added the 2nd leaf from a 3rd gen TSB pack.)

It rides a little high but the leaves lay almost flat if not a slight W without.

Yes, our HD rating is to 1100 lbs added to rear axle on a DC, on AC maybe 1300?

Here's a 6,500lb Tacoma you might be familiar with that has run our HD for 10 months

Any tips on adding grease to the shackle via zerk fittings? Do I loosen the bolt or just attach lube fitting and squeeze?

Eric, do you know the Downtrvel numbers on these. Wondering if i can take full advantage of a 14inch shock :). I would assume so since your selling them.

I recommend loosening the shackle bolt.
This lets grease out of center to outer faces of bushings

    @Brian422
The Archive HD springs use 12" shock travel, so I recommend 12" shock.
The Archive MD are a bit more flexible and seems to use most of 14" shocks, like light duty springs can such as Deaver U402 stage 1 and RXT on option 1

HD springs are ordered, ETA is October.
I can take orders, got an order already, so please contact me if you want in, $750 + shipping for introductory price

As someone who has had both, what can you tell us about your impressions between the two?

What lead to changing it up?

89 lbft, which is same as stock spec for shackle/spring bolts

well id like to take advantage of a 14inch shock but i need the carrying capacity so probably will stay with the HD pack and 12inch shocks. Wish i could jump on this deal right now but just bought a LT kit for the front end so they will have to wait for a bit but will be placing an order for those springs to replace the horrible DAKAR pack!

I have left mine alone so far. I drove Canyonlands the Maze District a few months ago and either didn't flex enough to see an issue or it wasn't an issue with STOCK hangers/shackles so far… 112's on my 2015.

Some people have pried the leaves to make some space to shove something in and then use a cutoff wheel to chop off the end and then rattle can the exposed steel.
