So my set up is dick cpeck wheels 15x8 -19 offset with 30x9.5r15 general grabber atx tiresload range c.

Been on for about 20k miles. I've noticed that during the last rotation the front outer tread was feathering...I haven't rotated them in about 10 miles.

I have been having a bad vibration issue around 65mph.

I upped the tire pressure to 42 and it seemed to help alot but still there kinda...max pressure is 50. Should I go up just a bit more.

Feathering has more to do with alignment and tread style.

You've basically inflated it until the edges are no longer contacting the road.

Ideally, you should get your front end checked. Aligned. And a cross diagonal tire rotation.

Have you ever done ball joints or steering rack bushings?

I'd do a rebalance and alignment. Vibration at 65 mph sounds like an out of balance tire to me. 42 psi is pretty high.

Somewhere around 35 PSI is plenty. You don't have an air pressure issue. Aggressive cornering will cause feathering. It is more noticeable with wider tires and aggressive tread. Worn shocks will do it too.
