Hey question, so this weekend I decided to start cleaning the inside of my Tacoma. I've always had seat covers, and I was amazed at how good the back seats look, I'm doing it a little at a time, so I haven't taken off the front ones yet, the biggest thing is getting the carpet looking nice. It's the friggin dog hairs but thats ok. I was using Gorrilla Duct tape and just dabbing balls of it everwhere. It works, but a clean section of tape is only worth one dab. Ahhh whatever, I'll get it, but back to my question. When I laid the seatbacks down back there, there's like a little compartment underneath the sliding back window. It has these plastic things that look like they should be cupholders but they're not. They have "UP" printed on them, and they rotate 90 degrees to get them out.
Anybody know what those are or what they're for. Its an '11 crewcab.

Yeah I'll go out and get one. The "UP" has an arrow, they're just these black plastic things, I can't figure out what they are.

I know what youre talking about and never really found a use for them. People have said its a flash light holder. It would be for a tiny ass mag light tho.

Yeah I had the samething in my 11' . Never really found out what it was used for. Then just ripped all the storage out of it and did the molle panel back there and gained a bunch of actual useful space.

 

No idea what the "UP" thing is, but try one of these or something similar for the pet hair. They work great.
