In theory it shouldn't. But we have seen vehicles come in with pressure sensor codes. The actual ground wire for the pump is a supplied ground. So you don't even have to reconnect it to the pump. And you could just splice the pressure sensor wire in to the supplied ground which would make it a super easy thing to do.

I would say no. A coil over shock that will be supporting the load the mount would have to be much more substantial. See Harry's build on IG @toyota_dreams for a great example.
    Edit:
By no means am I trying to insinuate the material of the SUA shock bracket could not handle the loads. But as Harry went onto state that energy/forces have to go somewhere and should be distributed over a greater area than just where the bracket mounts. I will add if you want to link it just take it to Harry/JDFabrication and let the guys that know what they are doing do it.

The shock mounts are all 1/4” and can easily handle a coilover. The issue you will have is with how much they leverage off the frame. I personally would never link a truck without a cage as the cage allows you to tie into the upper shock mount and triangulate the entire design. Without a cage you will never get the triangulation that the shock mounts need. If you are a 1mph rock crawler guy you can get away murder but if you want to beat on the truck at speed you are asking for trouble with “floating” shock mounts.

Lol same. Pretty sure I’m doing back half and links without a cage first unless I can fund a cage build right now.

smooth dirt roads ? where are those mythical creatures ? you'd be amazed how destructive long range travel on washboard dirt is, I've broken stock LCA's & warped leaf mains just on " go fast camping / surf missions " ...same with shocks a 1000 cycles per minute creates stupid heat, pretty sure it's why I pee crooked too ?

Fitting 37s with minimal trimming if you already did maximum trimming for 35s

Hell I haven’t even had to tub anything. Lots and lots of sledge fitting 35s with crazy offset wheels and spacers on top of it to clear those ungodly large JBAs. Now that I’m running Harry’s kit and 12” wide tires with 4.25” backspace I don’t have much to do. I’ve got to space the bump down a bit since I’m putting a divot in the cup. @EatSleepTacos how thick of a spacer did you use on your super bump?

1/2”. I took a 2” or 1.75” hole saw to a sheet of abs and bolted that under my superbump

Oh wow, that’s a good bit. I’m going to start with that and see how it goes. I don’t want to lose much bump, but definitely don’t want to blow a ball joint especially with lighter coils going in

First I gotta find a nice open area where someone can actually record. That’s not an easy task in this neck of the woods lol.

You’re never gonna get it perfect with anything other than hydros because you know exactly where it bottoms out. Best to err on the side of caution by fractions of an inch.

I like to be able to run my finger along the wheel and not hit anything at full bump. I figure that’ll take care of most hard hits I’ll have.
