Spent the last few months casually searching for a sale price on some Method race rims.
When I wasn't having any real luck finding a good price, I remembered that Discount Tire always had a price match as well as finding a sale at the Method manu site.
I took that sale price to DT and they beat it by a further $10 a rim. Nice!

My Taco is still under warranty until next year sometime, so I won't be using them until the truck is out from under warranty, as I have big plans for Sandy.

DT called today and said my bronze MR312s we're in.
After I picked them up and started to inspect them to store until next year when I get the tires lift and gears, I had nearly forgotten how much care Method takes with their rims!

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Yes, they are the finest of Chinese wheel manufacturers. LOL…
Glad you found what you wanted at a good price.

If you care about that, cool.

They are amazing, don't really give two rat shits where they were made, for me it's the end product. Had a set of MR312s on my JK through 3 different EJSs and they did everything I asked and more. Ran the non beadlock 312s at 10 to 15 PSI for days on end without issue. Plus the looks!

Congrats! Those look great. I am torn between the MR312 (bronze or black) and the 305 (in double black) for my Celestial Silver Metallic taco. I was also thinking about them price matching the Method site. Good call. I guess it comes down to me wanting a 17" wheel vs a 16" wheel.

Not sure how wheels would affect your warranty?

The wheels themselves don't. But I'm seeing a package build.

Correct. The wheels of course wouldn't effect the warranty, but you are correct about the package. The 17x9s and the 285/75/17s require a full lift and CMC, so Im not going to put a lift on until after the warranty expires next year.

Ill wait for the lift, but love driving it as is! Really it just needs a tune, but Ill be waiting on that until after warranty is done as well.

    Same crap everyone else got
Great looking wheel. That and the 305 in bronze are my favorite method wheels. Got @Discount Tire to price match at mr305 from Amazon for me also. Didn't get price match plus $10 like you though. But I only needed one wheel and was cut a break on mounting and dismounting. Wheels look awesome. If I didn't have my mr305, I would have definitely gone with your wheel. Can't wait to see the finished product
