Air duct behind glovebox

    Greetings! On the drive home I noticed a bunch of air was being blown through my glovebox. Took that off and it seems like I'm missing some ducting! Can anyone confirm that I'm missing the piece?

    that certainly looks like the missing piece

    someone must've removed it at one point to access behind it and didn't put it back for some reason. Can't think of any reason to delete it lol.

    Maybe heater core replacement? I know you have to take virtually the entire interior dash apart to do that job

    My air flow has always been weak, I just assumed it was part of owning an 18 year old truck haha. I guess this was the first time I reached into the glove box with the fan on! So yeah, I'm going junk yard hunting tomorrow...

    If you want to clean the AC evap which has no filter you have too , I cleaned my AC evap last month and it was all plugged up with dirt and dust and leaves
