With fuel prices high, and now that I am a 'retiree', I have found a challenge to limit fuel costs. I am retired, yet was hired back 'PT' and I travel twice a week ~20 miles each way to the office. Recently, in the morning w/o A/C, windows open, I averaged 28 mpg. Yes, I had mostly green lights, yet I have learned that keeping speed ~65 max, not racing to the next Red Light, a more-feathered launch, makes a HUGE mpg difference. From rated 18-22 to 28 makes me happy! Tacoma Limited V6
