Y'all, buy Sea to Summit gear. I have an Aeros ultralight pillow that I have used all over the world since 2019. Last weekend we were in Yosemite backpacking and the seams started to leak. I emailed Sea to Summit today about a warranty replacement and within 15 minutes of my first email I had a purchase receipt of a replacement being sent to me for free. They have amazing customer service!

Also, They let me know that the reason the seals probably failed is because I stored it compressed in the bag instead of flat with the valve open. It was likely my fault that the seams failed due to condensation, and they still replaced it! I've never been the kind of person to be brand loyal, but this company is awesome.

Ditto for Marmot gear. I have a Marmot Tungsten 1-person tent that has been through several 60 mph thunderstorms. I noticed that some of the tent poles had cracked. The tent is 4 years old but Marmot has a lifetime warranty, and they sent me a new set of poles.
