I like last option. Or the first option. Actually all options are good. Decisions too tough.

The last option is definitely the easiest. The two options on the outer wings of the bumper I would need to fab some plates which would require some welding and painting. Not really a big deal but more work than just cutting out some holes next to the license plate. Decisions decisions.

Yeah I think last option or first for sure. Might be better to have them out wider so I’d have to go with first.

That's my only reservation with having them next to the license plate. Easier, but I think spread wider will look better. I'll have to play around with it in a bit.

Nonononono this is totalllllly different because it's two lights and not three....

I'm not even sure what that is.

Maybe time for some CAD with the lights powered on so you can see light patterns?

The MS paint you see above is honestly more than anyone in here should have been expecting.

This is what I’m leaning towards though, effective and simple.

One or two things modded... Check out the build thread
I vote for the middle picture. They will dual purpose serve as marker lights and running lights...

I ended up doing them here. It was much simpler than the other options and just what I was looking for in a lazy Friday morning project. The camera doesn’t do the lights justice, they’re proper bright. It leaves spots when I close my eyes if I look right at them.

Randy, where did you source longer bolts for the front bumps? I can’t find 1.25 pitch anywhere local so before I pay $8 each on fleabay I thought I’d check.

McMaster-Carr is a great source for all things fastening.

I also hear there's this place called Fastenal. I don't know why anyone would go there. Much less work there.

I have one currently in my tundra for a rear footwell light. (MAX WHITE)

I bought some more (MAX AMBER) to put DRL's in the side mirrors

They're solid little lights for the money, I'm thoroughly impressed.

Right? for $24 w/ rear mount, they pack a punch.
