    I own a 2019 off road
And started noticing one of my “Tacoma” emblems on the side is starting to flake, (chip) and also my front grill emblem, which I believe is part of the grill.
Seems too soon for these parts to start to chip and flake. Has anybody else have this happen?
    Is it covered by Toyota
    Thanks, Barry

    Oh look, another mod....
It would help if you showed us pictures of the flaking.

The “Tacoma emblem” is not to obvious , unless you look close, but chrome is flaking off

You can buy cheap overlays online. I bought black ones. They just stick over the existing ones.

I'd say for the emblems either buy new ones or cover them with black overlays if you don't mind the look. You could maybe try chrome spray paint but I have no experience with that so I'm not sure of the quality.
