I drove it Sunday to a restaurant and everything was normal and when I left my shifter (manual) was shaking extremely bad in second gear and all the gears after that point. I drove it home and it felt like it was not getting power and was misfiring pretty frequently. scanner picked up a cam shaft sensor code and later when I made it home a cylinder 2 misfire code. I replaced my camshaft sensor (it appeared to be leaking oil) and changed all my spark plugs. now i am only getting the cylinder 2 misfire code and it barely runs when idling. I did a compression tests on all 4 cylinders and they all were 205-210. What should my next step be? Coils and wires and then fuel injectors? If a coil was bad would I not get 2 misfires? (1 coil runs to 2 sparkplugs).
I changed the MAF sensor, both 02 sensors and pcv valve about a year ago. Any advice would be appreciated I am not super mechanically inclined but consider myself a DIY.

Yes, your on the right track. Swap one of the coil packs and see if the misfire follows. If its not the coil pack, then clean or replace fuel injectors.

I just chased down a P0302 misfire code myself. I first changed the plug and no change. It turned out to be a bad spark plug wire. You're going down the right path. Since you already changed the plugs, I'd do the wire's next.

I forgot to mention that we tested all plugs for spark before we changed them to new ones (put the spark plug on metal surface and try to crank method). All showed spark but i changed them anyway. Does that rule out spark plug wires and coil pack or not necessarily?

Would I get 2 misfiring cylinders since 1 coil pack goes to 2 spark plugs?

It didn't for me. I used the same method for testing the spark plugs, and also got great spark. But I ended up changing the #2 wire, and check engine light went off. I've driven about 80 miles and it hasn't came back. I'll take it in for an inspection tomorrow.

Just passed inspection, so I'm good to go for another year. Let us know if changing the spark plug wire did anything for you.

So changing the spark plug wires fixed the problem and its ran great for the last 4 months and now the cylinder 2 misfire is back with a flashing CEL. So I have new spark plugs and wiring harness and when i checked the compression 4 months ago all 4 cylinders were around 205-210 range. Does this mean its now fuel injectors or possibly the wiring harness went bad already? Should I change the coil pack first? I just got a job at a dealership so i might drive it to work tomorrow and have them diagnosis it.

I've never heard of an intake manifold needing replaced on one of these trucks, let us know how things turn out.

Bad idle can be a plugged egr port in intake plenum, or bad/clogged egr valve...

The 4 bangers should take off intake plenum after 150k or so and decarbon the egr and pcv port....
they can get completely plugged up.....
Also without those burn gases your engine leans out and tends to overheat and preignition.

Not the code I was getting. Only code currently is misfire in cylinder #2.

He may have said something different tbh I didn't get it in writing. So I work at a dealership now and the price with parts and labor is 465 out the door to replace whatever gasket he said and 1 fuel injector. I'm about to sell the truck tbh
