If Doberman neighbor is next door, this may work.

    https://www.amazon.com/Dogtek-Sonic-Control-Outdoor-Indoor/dp/B07ZS3QXXY

Worked on our neigbor's yappy dogs at the other house we had.
They would start barking ,then squeel, and shut up.

We currently have 3 of those deployed in an array in our backyard. Our 1/4 acre lot has 6 lots bordering it; 5 have dogs, 4 of those are 2-dog houses and of those four, 3 houses are little yappy bastards. That's nine dogs that, once one starts barking, they all join in.

They work great and have severely reduced the barking, but their range is limited. One neighbors dogs will bark when they are close to their house but not much further away. We can live with that.

The neighbor one house over and I would shoot the shit from time to time and during the winter he’d come down the road in his tractor plowing the aprons on everyone’s driveways. He came over a couple of times to help me fell a tree here and there. I get a call from my wife one day and she says the police have the street blocked off and there’s about 6-7 police vehicles sitting about where this guy’s house is. When I get home later that day, everything is gone and I see my next door neighbor in his driveway. I go over and ask him if he knows what had happened.
Turns out the guy and his son got into an argument and the son pushed his father down the stairs. He breaks his neck and dies. The other son heard the commotion and called 911. The kids was like 20 years old. My daughter was little at that time so about 13-14 years ago. I tried to find the news report online but couldn’t.
The other son? He still lives there as far as I know.

My neighbor who mistakenly thinks I am the auto club.

About a year ago. He asks to borrow my air compressor, fine I let him borrow it. Its a real compressor, 3 gal tank, 100PSI, etc. I could see (about 45 minutes) he was still putzing with the tire. I go over to see what’s going on. Find out he can’t fill a tire. He’s trying to fill the tire and leaking out more air than going in.

Regardless a few weeks later he asks for a jump start. I’ve seen him doing something, turns out he’s hooking up another battery to the car. I thought it was a charger. Surprise it doesn’t work after awhile. He tells me he’s replaced 3 batteries in the past year. Hmmm, maybe it’s not the battery. So 3-4 jumps in as many weeks I stop answering the phone. He’s real indignant about it. He goes. “What do you want me to do?. Go to a auto mechanic?

In the end he went to a mechanic. They installed a switch that disconnects his battery. He has a parasitic electric draw. It works for me.

There are other stories but I’m going to bed.

Had some real low rents living behind me once as a kid. The two oldest brothers were beating the shit out of each other one day rolling around the dirt, and the old man is on the porch with a drink in his hand yelling, hit him with a right Chris, dammit, hit him with the right. One time the old man and his crazy ass wife were into it, and she comes out with a 38 pistol firing rounds in the air. The cops arrived for that one. Fortunately, they eventually defaulted on the house and were kicked out. All the neighbors rejoiced.

We had an older lady neighbor whose since moved away, retired school teacher. Very nice lady but she had a loose screw in her older age, always complaining about jet contrails dropping some poisonous something or another. Wife said “come see this!” one day, neighbor actually had aluminum foil over her head and later told my wife it protected her from the contrails.
Another neighbor was a guy who apparently was paranoid, he planted evergreen border trees all around his property to block the view, and so close together it actually blocked anyone from entering as well. One night I heard a bang and all of a sudden a huge row of bright lights on a post he installed came on lighting up his entire back yard like some kind of alien ship landing zone or lighting up a football field lol. He would turn them on for an hour or so then turn them off. Checking for intruders I guess.
He moved away as well now all of my neighbors are pretty normal. Though I may check this thread to see if there are any stories about me in here.

Your comment made me look closer. Look at the bottom of the passenger door/ that black horizontal line between the door bottom and the door sill. kind of looks like something came out from the inside of the truck and blew back across the truck as it was moving. ???

To me it looks like an exact photo negative of when I used to toss chalkboard erasers against the wall behind the school. :anonymous::anonymous:
