Was listening to the Pulp post race interviews yesterday. Matthes is trying to make a case / advocate for Barcia to be on a 250 for the US at MXDN. I don't know if the little gasgas could last a full moto with him ringing the piss outta it

Doesn't make sense to me. IF they want to send 3 450 guys and have 1 ride the 250, you have to send Sexton, Tomac and Anderson. Anderson said that he would ride the 250. That being said, I think it's still smarter to send a 250 rider. Cooper would be the ideal guy but he is not healthy or looking like himself yet. So my next choice is Craig. He rode the 250 in SX this year. Star could have the bike set-up for him in no time and he would do fine. He's currently ahead of Barcia in 450 points. The problem with sending Barcia or another long time 450 guy is there is no program for them to base off of. They haven't ridden a 250 in like 8 years and they are starting from nothing, to get the bike how they want it. And they haven't ridden a 250 recently enough to even know how they want it. With Craig (or any actual 250 rider), it would be easy. The data and settings and familiarity is all right there. Just my opinion.

Those Tomac passes were awesome to watch. Dude was on. He worked for those wins.

250s was refreshing to see coop and Hampshire have a good day. Hunter was having it rough. Shimoda doing well.

Kitchen out w/ broken wrist. I'm really bummed about that. He's been the 250 guy that I have been most excited about, all year.

Those first few laps of Moto 2 from Eli were as fast as a human can go on a 450. That was incredible.

Tomac is on fire right now. It is awesome to see him do stuff no one can do. Chase is stupid fast too. This is the red plate fight we wanted to see from supercross. Probably the last year we get to see outdoor tomac.

moto1 I almost thought chase was going to get back up front.

I think that was a way to say my paddle tires don’t slow me down to everyone that asked that question.

Yes, glad so many people asked him. Gave him a reason to prove a point lol. That was just insane though. But like you said, Chase rode amazing also. The fact that he latched on for the duration of the moto was very impressive. But I believe early in the moto Eli's fast lap was still 2 seconds faster than any lap Chase did all moto.

Ya man, he was in that zone on his way to the front. I absolutely love when he rides like that. That being said, Chase being able to hold the small gap for the rest of the moto was pretty insane. Those guys are on another level right now.

Finally was able to find some time to catch Millville moto 2s this afternoon. Eli's charge and eventual pass on Chase was pretty outstanding with the corner triple after the finish and then just full gas to take position.

Happy to see Jo have another good showing in the lites as well. That Thrasher/Romano crash was something you don't see very often... unless you're at Millville where weird shit seems to happen every single pro race there. Hopefully Nic is able bounce back for Washougal tomorrow.

Also noticed today that Colt Nichols announced he's left Star Racing in pursuit of a 450 ride.
