80-20 Extrusion Access Hole?

'09 DCLB

I'm looking to build another roof rack out of 80/20 extrusion but this time for my GFC. Does anybody happen to know the name of the type of hole circled in red in the attached picture? It looks like the Prinsu crossbars have them. I'll be ordering my crossbars from TNutz but don't know what to call this type of hole to see if they can predrill it when I order.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
