Luckily, I didn't have any money in it; it was kinda a package deal on a crap ton of Tacoma aftermarket stuff that I ended up reselling for profit and kept the awning. It was nice having it while camping and doing yard shenanigans, and I think they're cool, but I wouldn't pay more than $100 for one considering the amount I used mine. Which means, if I ever do get another, it'll be some stupid used deal thats just too good to pass up again lol.

    I use my awning daily, it's a counterweight for Taco-lean! :D

I do have to add, I used the hell out of my awning on the one occasion camping that ants invaded my RTT. Woke up at about 2:30AM to ants crawling all over me and my bedding, and not just one or two ants; it was like an actual nightmare scene. I sat under the awning in a camp chair all night/morning long after that. So I do have to say, it kept me out of the falling dew lol.

Hot damn that would blow! haha, glad they didn't carry you away or get into your brain. I'm pretty much sold now.

Dude it absolutely sucked.. Its not like I had ever had food or anything in the RTT before, so idk why they chose to climb the ladder and invade, but I invested in a lifetime supply of permethrin after that trip. All in all, I guess I used the awning more than I remember, so I'll change my vote to "rarely".

I have an ATB off the back or the truck. That way I can cook, on my tailgate, in the shade.
