He’s just got too many irons in the fire

He’s one of those that is wide open and always in a hurry.

He’ll tell me he isn’t in a hurry for a part then ask the next day is it ready.

Boss man’s neighbor ask for a wider base for his high hat on his drums. Boss had this water jet, I had to make the small piece bolted on. I like these simple jobs.

But...it's on a drum...they're not typically sitting outside rusting...which that one looks as bad as a 1st gen frame!

I don't know where he keeps it or how old it is or why he wanted a wider base, like most of the things we make, we don't know the why

Only lost a dollar on my bet. One leg needed .065" shim under it. This doesn't show the shim or short leg but how it fits the spot-face
Going to toe clamp this half.20220720_081557.jpg 20220720_085725.jpg

Dang, I was hoping you had. I can't find speeds and feed rates for using on CNC. Only time I've used one it was on the manual mill so I could feel it. I've got 1,548 holes to do and don't really want to do them manually but also don't want to break the customers bit they supplied.....again :anonymous:

    It's a multi-stage pump, final output 13,000 psi
It's for water. I want to say 10 stage but might be 8 stage.

This is a new one for me. Local Case dealer brought this in wanting to know if we can get the broken bolt out.

Here’s where the new part comes in, it’s a 24mm bolt stretched down to 20mm before it broke :eek::eek:

let me ask my co-worker if he has...

Edit.. nope. Curious what you find out though.

I figured it was some sort of water valve or pump. I did some jobs years ago modifying and finishing some big brass submarine valve bodies that were similar looking.
