Surprisingly enough it was effective and drumming up interest, and there were quite a few times chicks would sneek a peek. However I was such a dork and so oblivious to hints and subtle cues (thanks Autism!) I never used it to my advantage LOL

My 2016 iPhone SE is dying on me. Touch ID failed, SIM card needs to be reseated all the time now, battery health says 92% but it dies in an hour, and other small issues. It will lose iOS updates in September too.

Only comparable phone now is an iPhone 13 mini. But it’s $700.

 

6 years is a good run for a smart phone, more than I would've expected out of an iPhone from what I've seen/heard from others. Usually the battery issue is what prompts me to replace one every few years. Apple is well known for it's planned obsolescence but every manufacturer is guilty of that.

My Pixel 3a is about 2 and a half years old now and still going strong, thought I had a battery issue with it a few months back but it was just the charging port all clogged up with pocket lint lol.

 

I think it was @Wulf that linked me to a site that sells quality refurb phones for good deals, I was contemplating that before I got mine figured out

 

Might check the apple refurb site, that’s where I got my 11. So far so good.

Nah, I created an in-depth sheet for my own house analysis to determine real payback periods because I knew those door-to-door solar salesmen are full of shit. I'd just be running your data through it, but it matters a lot when you use vs utility time of use rates, and how much irradiance is actually in your area.
