Looks like a spline nut socket.

Spline lug nut socket, I assume you're confused about the odd double hex, spline lug nuts typically fit multiple vehicles but the factory lug nut tool in the emergency kit usually only fits the original lug nuts so they put a double step on it in hopes that your original tool will fit one or the other hex so you're not stranded with no way to remove a flat.

You do not need a socket that engages both, one or the other is sufficient.

If you flip it over and take a photo, we can confirm that it’s a spline nut socket as posted. Does it fit over your lugs?

You just place it over the lug and then it likely is compatible with a 3/4” hex socket as well as another size. It’s essentially a “key” for your lugs. Must use it to remove or install a lug.

You bet. I have the same wheels, just recently got new lugs and discovered what a spline key was for the first time myself.

    It's 3/4" or 7/8",
best to find another for spare as the very thin wall can split if not careful,
DO NOT use impact tools with that socket.

Don't ask me how I know!

19mm deep impact socket is what I use for both the ones that came with my lugs and my wife's lugs.

This looks like a Bimecc spline tool. Our stores can order you a spare key, or if you are not near a store we can help. PM on the way.
