Yet another Costa Rican market FJ40; This one is a 1979 model and has the same diesel engine as the one I saw on July 3rd! Like the other one, this one has also been retrofitted with power steering, power brakes, air-conditioning, and a stereo system!

You can buy a lot of things with money, a Land Cruiser 200, a full vehicle printed wrap, some argue you can buy happiness even... But you can't buy taste, and you've captured that evidence haha

 

You don't think this wouldn't look cool on an older Cruiser?

 

Maybe a really old wartime one (of course that may not be appreciated in the US considering it would be Japanese vintage wartime and this graphic would have no place being on a Japanese war vehicle).

But no I think p51 decal thing is overdone

 

I just took pictures of it because I've never seen anything like it, and the whole point of my "stalking" threads is to capture the most unique Toyota vehicles, and post them online for the whole world to see!

 

I'm not criticizing you. Just the owner lol

I like that emerald green color

 

One of the better-looking 100s I've seen...

A lot of them are (A) incredibly overmodded, (B) a boring color like beige or white, (C) beaten to shit, or (D) any combination of the previous three; I ran the license plate through the California Bureau of Auto Repair database, and it appears to have spent most of its life in California and never failed a smog test!
