Another new guy!

Hello everyone! Been lurking for awhile.

Finally got my dream truck. It's a 2002 Tacoma Reg cab, 2.7l, manual. It has 283k miles.

Majority unknown history. I got it for a good deal as a project truck.

It is lifted, unknown lift. The rear leafs are almost flat so looking into those, unsure of the amount of lift I need though so open to advice on that. The tires are 275/65/16's with no rub at full lock.

I know a little bit about vehicles always learning.

The frame does have some rust spots but has been undercoated twice in its life time. I do plan to add some reinforcements from the "SafeTcaps" next year sometime. I did hammer test a lot of the frame and only found two smaller spots that I knew the Safetcaps would cover. I'm also in the midwest so rust is just rust. For what I paid for it I'm ok with it.

The only other two issues I have right now is a weird tick when the AC is on that you can hear under the truck not to loud.

The driver side door wind noise is moderate all the rubber molding is in tact so also open to ideas there.

And of course I have the P0440, 441, 446 codes that I'll work on with time. I got it to pass emissions. PCV valve should be here today.
