We could always say fuch it and go to the beach:bananadead:

Feelings won't be hurt if anyone bails over fears of melting or just doesn't want to hang in the heat.

I think a little less will get done and more hanging than working but should be good times. As a bonus, paint will dry very fasto_O

    I just didn't want to call anyone a pussy:burp:

Somewhat on topic, midweek I swapped in my new LCAs, inner and outer tie rods, modified the sleeves to fit and those are my before numbers after getting it back together.

    :angrygirl:
Show up to the alignment and " the sleeves have to come off, not enough play. Have to reschedule "
I ask for 30 minutes or so to get them off and guys gives me a thumbs up. Driver side less than 10 minutes. Stuck better on the passenger and took forever because it spins with the tie rod and covers where you would grab it. :annoyed:

Anyway done and done,,,I think a 2 piece design that screws together would be better.
    Rant complete:amen:

Really only if you need one... if yours seems a little off I noticed one of your tabs(front driver) was a bit smashed over. Maybe we loosen it and tap it back to 90 degrees and see how it is.

    How is your alignment rn?

If it's bad, YES wait to put them on till after or you or the mechanic will have to take them off and possibly cut to reinstall. Town fair wouldn't do it and were going to send me away.

Same on mine. They have me this pic ( not my truck) to show the problem. Again, they wouldn't tap it straight but said the alignment wouldn't hold on that side from it. Took a few taps with a hammer and cold chisel.

Exactly what I was thinking. A bead down the outside to reinforce would be perfect.

I'm a turrible welder, but because I'm also obviously dumb, can someone explicitly show me where the bead should go?
Really just trying to evaluate how much of a chore this might be.

Where the hand written line is pointing. They make a weld in gusset kit but all it needs is to be beefy.
