    I don’t think so.
They have an over pressure system I believe.
Viair makes check valves that’s what I have in my system posted above.

Finished up my OBA install this past weekend. Parts used:
    Expedetion Essentials BCM
EE Extended dual compressor harness with solenoids
    EE debris shield
    ARB dual
    ARB remote coupler kit
    ARB .5m ss hose
    ARB 90° fittings x2
    ARB manifold
    Diy manifold bracket
    Switch pros adapter wire

I had to modify the BCM box to work with my bamf HC rear bumper, basically had to notch the bottom of the box. Made a cover out of the old cubby box to keep the elements out. Very happy with how it turned out, the Expedetion essentials components are very good quality, and the owner was very helpful along the way with some questions I had. Solenoids and airlines for lockers will go in soon. I’m hoping I can get them in without removing the box.

In your pic I'm worried those solenoids will stick out past the cubby door, but hopefully yours will fit with the cubby door closed. For my EE box I mounted the locker manifold to the top so it sits on top of the box. There is plenty of room up there for the solenoids, it is pretty well protected, and you can reach it from under the truck between the front of the rear tire and the cubby to attach the air lines.

I’ve thought about this a lot. And my reasons for trying to stuff it all in the box:
HC bumper, not a lot of fender liner left, and I want to use the debris shield over the compressor. I can slide my manifold back, I made slots in my bracket for just that purpose. I guess we will see, solenoids are about a month out with my gears. I’ve got a camper shell, so don’t really need the door. I’ve thought about just making a frame with some nice mesh and using us as a vent door to keep good airflow to the compressor.

I just need to find some of these fittings (brass). If anyone has any leads on those or what type they are I would appreciate the help. Would that be a 1/8 BSP elbow? I’ve searched for them but nothing looks similar.

Out of curiosity, how successful have those of you running a single ARB been using pneumatic tools with it? I recently installed the TRD lift on my Tacoma and realized it would have been nice to use a air tool on some of the parts. Figure having that ability comes in handy on the trail also.

You'll need the arb twin with a tank for air tools

Don't see why you couldn't use this switch for your air compressor.
I have mine wired up to my switch pros. To accomplish this, I had to not use some of the wiring from the ARB wiring harness. Essentially you want to wire the compressor directly to the battery, since it draws a lot of power.
For the switch, you need to find the wire that triggers the arb, the other wire to power, and black to ground.

I could probably offer more help, if there were additional photos of your exact setup.

To find which color I needed to activate the air compressor, I just googled and dug through forums. I think for my dual arb it was a purple wire. This connects to my switch pros. The switch pros already has power to switches and ground, which you will need to accomplish with this new switch. The red and black wires from the compressor will go to battery. I'll help if you need it.

Yes, it seems overwhelming at first glance, but when you lay it all out on the floor it becomes clear. I will help you. Some of the harness you will most likely discarding anyways.

Thanks to @d.shaw & @shaggy135 for the assist on getting this wired! Really happy with the SLEE mount and how rock solid everything feels. Can’t wait for the hoses and couplings to get here tomorrow so I can get it all mounted up.

I finished re-engineering my OBA system including relocating the air tank from underneath the bed and mounted it on a couple of L Brackets connected to the Molle Panel.

Most common leak point for ARB twin? Initial soapy water check on all fittings yielded no results. Compressor cycles once every 1-2 minutes. Must be a real small leak somewhere but can’t find. Any thoughts? TIA + PFACE628219-D30B-4823-85F4-73B135933CB8.jpg

I relocated my air tank to inside the covered bed to protect it from the elements. And I FINALLY figured out where that damn leak was coming from. The electric valve for the Air Horns was defective.

Mine was leaking at a tank fitting, try little extra soap and hit all connections again. Could be the main one on top of the ARB.
