    Clearly there is no comparison on performance specs. But I'll be damned if a good Tacoma build doesn't blow away the Rivian in the looks department.

    Oh look, another mod....

    I love the looks/specs of the Rivian. However, I can probably add only 5 - 10 mods to it. Now, the Taco...I can add 7 million mods to it. The Taco wins that battle, because I can make it highly customized to fit my personality and taste.

    Oh yeah, and the price is 40% less than the Rivian. Money is always a huge factor when making purchasing decisions.

    I can see why Rivian made the front end so recognizably different but I’m not a big fan. Still a better truck than a Tacoma in every way but unfortunately looks a little fucky.

    I thought the Rivian looked good in all their scenic marketing. But seeing it amongst the crowd of everything else, it suddenly looks much uglier.

    Sorry, every way other than range and initial price. More power, more payload, more towing capacity, lower maintenance costs, far lower operating costs, better offroad performance, better onroad comfort, better interior - the list could probably go on.
