If I got a performance chip for my 2010 tacoma, do I want to tune it also? Would it pass smog still? Pros cons?

There's no such thing as a "performance chip" for a Tacoma (or most vehicles for that matter), there's a few different tuning systems available (HPTuners is the most popular choice) and several members on here that do custom tunes.
