I'm wondering if anyone might have a recommendation for/against an undercoating product called "Noxudol"? A undercoating company I'm considering offers Woolwax (which I've heard of) or Noxudol.

I sprayed woolwax in sept or October and it’s still on the frame in most places after northeast winter and many car washes that include underbody spray.

I've never used it but have heard good things about Woolwax.

Been experimenting with a homemade concoction of kerosene, paraffin wax and bit of 20wt oil. Applied when warm (the mix & outside temp) it flows/seeps/wicks very good into seams. Kerosene acts as a carrier, the oil gives it some body to cling. Will prevent rust, and even slow down any that has started.

Great for inner panels. But it's not permanent on exposed areas. Reapply as needed depending on location. Might be yearly in heavy rust belt, or every 2, 3 years or more in less corrosive areas.

From what I understand, Noxudol is a woolwax like compound that is ECO friendly, low VOC, and works well. Be aware they also make sound deadening sprays. so its it the 900 or something else? I thikn the 900 is the rust inhibitor, and the 3100 is the deadening stuff. I personally havent used it as woolwax has been my go to for a long while here in salty, wintery northen Michigan, so, do some research on it, but wool wax cant be beat IMHO. Also, looking at the FAQs on their website, it says the underbody cannot be pressure washed, that would be a no go for me as I underbody wash my truck ALOT in the winter here.

From past experience stay away from anything that dries hard like a rubberized compound. Products that dry hard will crack over time and allow moisture to be trapped. If it's applied correctly, cavities like the doors, it's a one-time process, but anything subject to water spray will eventually have to be touched up so I look over the underside sometime before the next winter season.
My inner frame cavities are so heavily coated that in the hot summer weather, say mid 90* (F) plus days it drips out.

Oh, I hadn't seen that. Well, that would be a no-go for me too. Thanks!
