Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?

A very clean set of TRD off-road taillights with bulbs, just removed from my Tacoma with just over 13K miles. I'm asking $150.00 shipped in the lower 48 or $130.00 Pickup in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. The pictures were taken today and the lights will ship in the same box my pro lights came in.
