Pealed the TRDOR stickers off the bed and put in the pro grill. Man, those stickers were a pain in the butt. Took about 3/4s of a bottle of goof off and 4 hours of pealing/wiping off the residue.

If you want the AVS removed i believe silicone spray on a rag then wipe... easy. If you like them thats cool too. I personally prefer the cleaner look but they didn't really bother me either.

    I did
I did this same lift, needed UCAs to get the proper alignment . Go with the skinny tires! Unless you hit a lot of sand, like more sand than pavement.

Do any of these kit suppliers mention the reason to go "spring under"? Curious, because so many other off-roaders are all about lifting the body.

The foam is marine grade, so should hold up really well. As far as cooking on it with a grill I'm not sure, I use a separate table when I cook to keep the truck away from oil etc.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
    Parked it in the shade.

Thanks. In looking at the pictures on their website, it looks like a metal plate with the foam attached somehow. How is it attached? Adhesive? If yes do you see much risk in it peeling up?

    Thanks in advance.

Maybe you were doing it in the woods while taking a pic. Seems legit to me

Oh I don’t remember if I posted my update yesterday or not but I installed the Pormido dash cam yesterday with the dongar thingy. Easy install. Only pain in the ass is the wire management for the rear cam.

I left the rear cam bracket resting on the headliner temporarily but looking to come up with something where I can have it near the third brake light or maybe rear license plate or maybe on the roof.

Still undecided but I should be able to change that up whenever I decide. I used Classy Taco’s YT video for reference but was very easy to install fa sho.

You kidding, I am always dumping in the woods, christ 20 times in the last couple months.

Toilets are for the weak. Try crapping here in BC when you have a few hundreds horseflies, black flies, and mosquitos circling your ass. Takes skill and speed dumping know how. I am spreading my “seed” all over BC for over 50 years now….

Well, after cleaning the 90 million bug carcasses from the front of my truck after driving 5200 miles, i noticed some paint chips way up front on the hood . MAN! My white paint is the thinnest shit ive ever seen, harbor freight paints tools20220727_161531.jpg better than Toyota paints a truck.

So i got the weather tech protector. Easy on. All my chips were right where thia thing sits now. So the chips got touch up paint, and here we are.

Does anyone run a wrecker/emergency lightbar on their truck? I'm outfitting a service truck and I was wondering what the best way to mount a lightbar would be.

I have one on my first gen, but I use the gutter mounts. Was hoping someone had a rack-mount/headache system.

Parked in garage but didn't pull in all the way. :( Some superficial scratches in the tailgate paint ... the backup mirror bracket took the brunt.

Proceeded to hang racket ball on a string from the ceiling as a go/no go gauge.
