That is how all multi fit gearboxes I have encountered are set up, many (like this one) the breather plug is so inconspicuous that unless you go looking you won't know it is there.

Was in the same boat, had a spot on my face, and had surgery 2 weeks ago , put a big hole in my face. My son said I thought they were fixing you face it still looks bad, got stitches out and it re opened, but I closed it up, took 3 hours all the cancer is gone. Feel better

Ya half way through mine I could feel a little and dr was shocked, re numbed me and then on the last 2 stitches started to feel it again. Asked how many more and he said 2, I said finish it up doc

Car wash helped but I agree it does need a good detailing inside and out. The smoke isnt bad, still gonna get the ozone treatment done if it does become mine.
