    2006 Tacoma, born in CA moved to WI
    Hello Everyone,

    First time Tacoma owner (2nd truck) but very excited about it. I was able to find a 2006 Tacoma with less than 45k miles on it. Lived in Cali for its whole life and just recently came to WI. I'm having it undercoated in a few months (before winter, ideally before fall). It's also a 4x4 6sp manual v6. Ticks all the boxes!! The cab isn't as big as the '06 GMC Canyon I used to have (which sadly I didn't take care of and the frame rusted out) so I'm trying to find solutions for that. Otherwise, I'm really loving it and am going to do my best to take care of it. It's still got a looooong life ahead of it.

    Good Morrow! Checkout Blaster’s Surface Shield for wax coating- has some good reviews on the YouTube. I’m also going through the preservation process with my new-to-me ‘03 and finding a good bit of surface rust under the undercoating. My former vic fell victim to the Chicago salt- wish I’d queued in sooner on the effects…
