Any more details on this? Noise still better than before replacing the bushings? and what was the replacement like?
I get a creaking sound like an old wood floor every time I sit in the tailgate or shake the truck.

I don't own this setup but I am considering it bc then I could easily rebuild the shocks myself.

But I am curious if anyone else thinks that if Ironman would switch the collar adjusters to the top of the shocks like Fox that it would be much easier to adjust them while still on the vehicle and the wheels still on then too?

Or can they be adjusted with the wheels on the way it is already?

Don’t quote me on this but they said in one video them have it like that due to extra protection for the shaft being higher… I think it’s just easier and that king/fox etc are that way since the added reservoirs and fluid have to be at the top for mounting and less hose…
    I think I worded that right…

Anyway, I’ve adjusted mine several times with them installed on my truck. That said, you do need to at least remove the wheels to do it. Maybe a good time to do it with a tire rotation. Takes about 30’min once you know what your doing and if you don’t run into any issues.

You can adjust them while they're on the truck. Just take the wheels off and use their spanner wrench tool to back off the bottom locking collar and crank the top collar up/down.

Sadly, this didn't fix my squeaking... Not sure how the center sleeve would bend like that when torqued to the correct spec. Ended up having to air hammer out the bolt and retap it. My plan is to remove them once more and regrease the crap out of everything... if that doesn't work I'm going with a different leaf pack.

Thanks for the feedback. The leaf pack has been pretty disappointing from Ironman. The ride and capabilities seem fine: but the noise and some rust drive me nuts.

Even my icon rxt pack started squeeking a month or so after installing. 1-2 times a year I unload a can of fluid film on them and it fixes it.

I've greased the bushings and between the leafs multiple times with no success. Going to give it one more try before buying some Deavers.

I completely agree. Performance wise the IM leafs have been great for me... it's the constant noise that drives me nuts.

Might not help at all but I’ve seen a few posts about the saddles (not sure real names) touching the leaf packs and causing the squeak. Try a few hammer hits to see if that helps. Good luck!

I’ll have to investigate and see what it looks like around those “saddles”.

I've loosened the bolt and greased between the "saddles" as well. My noise is definitely coming from the bushings.

How’s everyone doing here? Seems like less people looking at this lift since prices have gone up even though they are promoting a lot more. Maybe just not to the taco people…

Considering the price for the FCP Stage 2 is now well north of $3k I wouldn't blame anyone for going a different route. I got my lift for right under $2k over a year ago... no way I'd pay more than that for this lift. Much better alternatives at their new price point.

Shoot I'm still trying to get someone at IM to get back with me on my leaf springs since my issue hasn't been resolved even after replacing the OEM shackles.

Mine was half that though I didn’t get the UCAs. I remember when you could get the stage 2 and the skids for under 3K from them.

Very odd about your bushing issues. Is that with calling and email? Maybe send in a warranty claim and see if that gets you quicker response.

@Ironman4x4America are you still around here?

I just did a warranty claim on a torn UCA ball joint. I used the chat feature on their website and about 3 business days later I received an email with shipping notification that their sending a new one out.

Once received I’m thinking of going with adjustable UCA.

Yeah I'm not sure how they're justifying these crazy high prices now. I've been emailing with a few people since last year when my issues started but no one will reply to me now lol. Customer service was fantastic until recently... They sent me some new bushings a few months ago but that didn't resolve the issue so I got new OEM shackles which didn't fix it either. Something is definitely off with my leafs.

you probably talked about this but you 100% sure it’s the leafs and maybe not a cab mount bushing? Only reason I’m asking is since @tonered got a group buy together for new cab mount bushings that include the radiator one. I’m not saying it is or that Ironman shouldn’t be working with you more, but take a look here too, since some noises have gone back to these bushings- https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/rogue-offroad-poly-body-mount-kit-group-buy.763759/

I only have maybe 2 miles on them, so I’ll report back asap. No noticeable difference so far.
