hey guys thinking about getting the kibbetech uca dose any one know anything about them or have any pics of them debating if I should get those or the spc. thanks

For that price I would go Icon billet or Camburg kinetik.

 

Whatever you do stay farrrrrrr away from Baja kits. Had a terrible experience with them

 

man that's exactly what I was thinking about. I don't really mind the maintenance but the cost for replacement would probably be a problem so I might just stick with the balls..but the shocks im looking at are saying I need to change the uca.so what would you do? and what about the lower ca? man also thanks for your help.

kibbetech are adjustable?? from where? from what I know only the spc are adjustable idk.

 

The kibbetechs are heimed ends and are therefore adjustable

can you please explain how you adjust heimed ends on the uca? would you get a different type or size? and have it preset ?

 

sure, hit me up -- happy to help.

you'd adjust the heimed ends when you install the UCAs, it would allow you to adjust the front/rear ends of the UCA, which in turn would allow you to shift the uniball location. This gives you more adjustability in terms of your alignment.

Do you see how the ends that are attached to the coil bucket are threaded? You'd thread them in/out to adjust the UCA.

Typically heimed control arms like this are used in long travel arms to give more alignment adjustability with non-standard setups.

yeah I know man I saw this list and I checked them all out the two I like ones I like are the kibbetech and elements and spc.

 

what about lower and do you know about shocks how big can I go and I do a 3.0 shock and how high can I go?

 

dude the spc are close to a $1000 lol the dirt kings are around $700

 

man how do you know all this ??? there isn't a extended shock that has more travel then the stock? can king make one with a custom shock order and what would be best for performance? btw thank you so much for your input man..

 

and do you have to have bypass shocks or air bump stops if you want to do minor jumps like less than a foot?

 

dont know what spc's you are talking about, most are 500$ for set. You can get a set off rock auto (rebranded mevotech) for 440 and shipping.
