wheels rub

    2008 Toyota Tacoma extended cab two door base truck 2.7L gas automatic transmission


    *Need D Window gloss black 15"x7"
    any help out there ?

    SET (4) 15X7 -6 5X114.3 5X4.5 VISION
    D WINDOW BLACK WHEELS/RIMS 15" INCH
    55mm lip

    cabilers are rubbing

    just bought the little truck did not like stock wheels
    saw one post said " backspacing" what does that mean

    Are the calipers rubbing because the 15" wheel diameter is too small?
    Or are the calipers rubbing on the inside of the wheel face?

    Also, the 1st gen tacoma section, where you have posted is for 1995-2004 Tacomas.

    Your 2008 is a 2nd gen (2005-2015).

    Wheel spacers. They make your wheels stick farther out from the hub. Ther is a bunch of sizes.

    Pretty sure 1st gens were the only one to accommodate a 15" wheel. 2005 and up I believe we're all 16" wheels.
