Hey guys, I just bought a 3rd gen Tacoma Sport not so long ago, and decided to do my first oil change myself. My idiot self drained about a half litre of transmission fluid!

My question is, can I top it up through somewhere under the hood, or do I need to bring it in to a shop with the correct tools?

Does that half litre make a big difference towards the 9.9L thats supposed to be in there?

    Your help is much appreciated
    Thanks!

Dang. It happens. Theres a fill spot under your truck, on top of the transmission. Looks like a drain valve. Buy a syphon hand pump tool from you local hardware store to make it easy to fill up. I did my own transmission fluid exchange this way. Wasn't too difficult.
