Hey guys I was at an off-road event this last weekend! Going down a trail road slid out and I fell into a 3 foot wash out ravine. Took it apart couldn’t see anything that was obviously bent or broke took it to an alignment shop and they are saying that can’t align it something is bent and they cannot identify it. What do y’all think it might or could be. Truck 2021 Tacoma TRD OR 6” DB RC lift

That looks like a stock lift. Or am I missing something?

I would be looking closely at the spindles, esp that one on the passenger side.

Could be the upper and/or lower arms and tie rods too

Its a rough country drop bracket lift. They arnt the best quality. That being said the passenger side looks bent out. Probably bent the spindle if i had to guess.

The angle of the picture was taken makes it look like it's at stock lift with what also looks like stock yellow shocks.

If you plan on doing offroading to any degree i would strongly advise to get rid of that drop bracket lift. Your only going to run into more issues down the line.

Look at the Steering knuckle, upper control arms where they are bolted to the frame rail & frame rail. The last place lower crossmember maybe bent. A good alignment shop should find this REAL EASY. Have them do a S.A.I and included angle will know if the knuckle is bent, NOT just camber and toe angles. From what I see negative camber and toed out !! Good luck to you

This^ Start with the known weak links of the Tacoma front end. Cam tab gussets and spindles are a good place to start.

    From a 3' wash? mmmm k

Never darken the door of that shop again. They should be able to tell you exactly what needs attention.

Is this the new lane assist feature that keeps the Tacoma out of the fast lanes and impeding faster moving vehicles?

From the pic, the passenger side tire looks toe out and as others have said, check the spindle, steering knuckles and gussets.

It’s not it’s the 6” vertex nitro shocks front strut no blocks in the front just the drop down bracket blocks in the rear. 72ABF07B-600F-4B00-9FED-0B2492236143.jpgE1021C76-690C-4B5F-BD63-3B9D1FDE73D6.jpg
