Woohoo. short ass day today.. Last day for one of the lathe guys here.. so Bossman is closing shop super early and taking us all out to lunch, then we're doing an escape room, and after.. heading to Main Event for more games, shenanigans and beers.

 

Now that’s doin’ it up right. Man’s last memory of work shouldn’t be the dirt but of the guys that made it. Good on ‘em. People before Profit right there.

 

Holy shit, I remember playing my grandparents one of those back when I was a kid! Learned how to play poker better than my friends with that thing!

It looks perfect on cad. There’s theory and there’s application. The heavy wall is only .025” thick. We’ll have to use a smaller end mill for a thicker wall if he wants to go forward with this.

Update on my groundhogs: Momma hog is taking a dirt nap.

 

End mill is cutting oversized for one thing. Too many variables on this thing and they all add up to being to thin of a wall.

 

I choose not to agree or disagree...

These little hand held games are about as tech as I get, never played a Nintendo, Play Station, Wee or anything like that.

 

With my calibrated eyeball it looks like it didn't hit center, looks like the distance between holes is off, probably deflected a little because of the angle?

Upon further examination I see its not leaving much skin in the game either.
