    The good ones do if they are though. All I was doing was ordering a part. Maybe they use it for warranties or other things too. It is of some comfort to me, for them to check to see if it fits my particular truck. It's very frustrating to order a part, wait for its arrival, then discover its for another truck.

    If you need it quicker next time try out Lagrange. They're a lot closer and usually shipping is cheaper.

    Aren't you suppose to use the high temp threadloc on stuff like this?
    Not so much as to lock as to seal out contaminates and prevent seizing corrosion/ galvanic effect.....

    Good question. Toyota recommends something I have never herd of. For sure you don't want this to come out. Maybe I should order some and use permatex.
