I have a squeal/squeak when I accelerate on my 2007 Prerunner. Usually just hear it at low speeds, most often when just starting to drive. I thought it was the serpentine belt so I switched that out (for the best, old one was cracked and worn) but to my dismay it sounds the same. I'm towing a trailer across California this weekend so I wanted to make sure everything was operational before then. Any ideas what the issue is? I'll attach a video. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Took it to a shop and had the whole driveshaft replaced. 2/3 U-joints were on their last leg. Shop had a rebuilt driveshaft ready and had it all installed within 20 minutes. No more squeak. Thanks for your help!

I think I may have a similar issue. Do you mind sharing what the cost was for your repair?
